About 2nd Chance Housing
2nd Chance Housing, a program of The Ferguson Foundation, is dedicated to providing safe, stable, and affordable housing for individuals working toward rebuilding their lives. We serve veterans, individuals aging out of foster care, returning citizens, survivors of domestic violence, seniors, and individuals receiving SSI/SSDI. Our mission is rooted in the belief that housing is more than shelter—it is the foundation for a better future and a true second chance at independence and dignity.
Through our professionally managed homes and partnerships with case managers, agencies, and community organizations, we create supportive living environments that foster structure, safety, and community. Our diverse housing options—from shared living spaces to private rooms and independent units—are designed to meet individuals where they are and support their transition into long-term stability and personal growth.
